Various techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and SMAW, are employed based on the specific materials and the required properties of the weld. This process is vital across multiple industries, including construction, automotive, and aerospace, and requires skilled expertise along with strict safety measures to ensure effective and safe execution.
Purpose of SMAW Welding:
Shield metal arc welding, also known as stick welding, is a manual arc welding process that uses a consumable electrode covered with flux to lay the weld. An electric current generates an arc between the electrode and the target metal for joining.
The main advantage of shielded metal arc welding is that it is relatively easy to learn and can be used in a wide range of welding applications.
SMAW Basic
At this level, the principles of arc welding are taught for tasks such as Fillet welding(1F, 2F, 3F, 4F) and Grove welding (1G, 2G, 3G, 4G). These roles are all offered in plates and pipes.

SMAW Advance
The SMAW Advance course includes grove welding in various positions. Regardingpipe welding, this program provides positions such as (1G, 2G, 5G, and 6G).

FCAW & GMAW Basic:
The basic level of FCAW and GMAW programs includes the positions that only come in plate grove welding (1G, 2G, 3G, 4G) and filter welding (1F, 2F, 3F, 4F).

TIG welding fuses metals precisely using a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce an arc. GTAW Basic:
Being familiar with plate welding positions such grove welding (1G, 2G, 3G, and 4G) and fillet welding (1F, 2F, 3F, and 4F) is part of the GTAW basics.

GTAW Advance:
After completing the foundational training, TIG welding advancement occurs in the pipe position. Positions in pipe grove welding (1G, 2G, 5G, and 6G) are available at this level.

Multi-process welding can be performed for a variety of welding tasks, making them a good choice for projects with different types of joints, thicknesses, or base metals. Multi-process welders can switch between processes quickly, which can help maintain an uninterrupted workflow. Multi-process welding can save money in the long run. Multi-process welders combine multiple machines into one, which can be ideal for smaller spaces. Multipass welding is another technique that can improve the quality and strength of welds. It involves applying multiple passes to a weld, allowing each pass to cool before the next. This can help reduce stress, minimize defects, and improve the grain structure of the weld. Therefore we designed multi process welding courses for our students exclusively to sustain the welding industry.
The TIG and ARC welding techniques are widely utilized in heavy industry, shipbuilding, and oil and gas refineries. This method is employed to achieve precise root-pass welding in pressurized pipelines. In this procedure, the initial root pass is executed using TIG welding, while subsequent passes are completed with ARC welding. This welding approach is both economical and dependable.
This program includes groove welding positions in plate (1G) & pipe (2G, 5G, 6G) in all this positions root pass came in TIG welding and hot passes in ARC welding.
Duration: 12 Weeks
Tig & Mig welding are commonly used in welding pipes. This technique is used to ensure accurate root-pass welding in pipelines under pressure. In this process, the initial root pass is carried out using TIG welding, with MIG welding then being used to complete the following passes. This welding technique is quicker and more productive.
This method applies to plate welding positions (1F, 2F, 3F, 4F ) and pipe (1G, 2G, 5G, and 6G). With this type of welding, the root passes are completed using the TIG process; all hot passes are completed using MIG welding
Duration: 12 Weeks
The process of mixed welding, or ARC & MIG welding, combines the two welding techniques for distinct passes. The root pass in this combination welding is covered with SMAW welding, while the remaining passes are covered with MIG welding. Larger-than-12mm pipes and plates are the main application of this technology. This method is the most dependable and efficient.
ARC & MIG Course:
The program covers positions up to 6G in pipe welding and positions that come in plates, such as 1G, 2G, 3G, and 4G.
Duration: 12 Weeks
For those who need to improve their welding abilities after taking extended leaves of absence from their jobs, working professionals, we also offer upgrading courses. No position is restricted when it comes to upgrading courses; instead, they are determined by the candidate’s level skills and requirements. This program is applicable for all regular and multi process welding.
Duration: It may differ depending on the requirements of the candidates.
Certification programs are tailored to meet the specific requirements of the individual seeking certification. For welders, this document acts as proof of their skills or as a form of acknowledgement. Our welding inspector will conduct these tests by administering them at specified positions.
